well-organized stock marketing programs in an ever-changing investment environment.

- Develop the corporate story for successful marketing to the investment community.
- Send out a corporate write-up, which describes the salient points of your company to your shareholders and our proprietary network.
- Build a VIP list of active brokers, institutional and retail investors who receive constant updating via fax or email.
- Stimulate the publication of reports by analysts, investment letter publications, and Internet related financial sites.
- Distribute certain press releases to our proprietary "blast email list" of institutions and analysts.
- Seek invitations for management to present before investment forums and/or groups.
- Write or critique and/or issue financial releases.
- Target strategic publications for positive financial and business stories.
- Organize and administrate quarterly conference calls (or conference calls for special situations).
- PiedmontIR, LLC will monitor the company's and its peer's stock activity during market hours. We will continually poll analysts and investors who actively follow the company and keep abreast of the current attitude that Wall Street holds towards the company and the space it trades in.
METHODS OF IMPLEMENTATION
The implementation of the PiedmontIR program is generally described below, but may be
modified as we complete our due diligence and agree upon specific objectives and
strategies.
The activities to initiate implementation include:
Completing our Due Diligence - Have the PiedmontIR, LLC team visit the company to tour the facilities
and interview management to get a more intimate perspective of the investment thesis and opportunity.
Internal & External Communications - PiedmontIR, LLC will work closely with management to address all
internal issues, ensuring they are properly addressed to the Street with the underlying goal of
maximizing the credibility of the company to the investment community. This will include the off-loading
of some investor calls to PiedmontIR and the distribution of investor kits to potential shareholders and
interested parties.
Investor Community Marketing - A large portion of the PiedmontIR program will be our efforts to market a
company's story to the financial community at large. Our marketing effort is designed to stimulate
informed interest for the company in the U.S. and abroad through consistent interaction with analysts,
investors, investment advisors, retail brokers and investment bankers.
Material News Releases - PiedmontIR, LLC will edit and work with Client company to disseminate all news
releases on material events such as earnings, financings, business combinations, transactions, dividends,
management changes and any other corporate developments.
Publicity - Although PiedmontIR will not focus all its attention on a media program, we will assist
outside or internal PR counsel to aggressively market and enhance the investor relations' story.
Some stories we have pursued in the past for a public company include: Business Week's Inside Wall
Street column, Forbes' Streetwalker column, The Wall Street Journal's Heard on the Street column,
Investor Business Daily's Investor's Corner column, CNBC Market Watch, Dow Jones News, Online Wall
Street through avenues such as Street.com, Briefing.com, CBS Marketwatch.
